Shipping & Handling
ALL PRICES ARE FOB CARPET FLOOR & MORE WAREHOUSE located at 2349 Westwood Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90064. Please make note that there will be Freight Charge on every order. This Freight Charge is from supplier to our Los Angeles showroom / warehouse, and it is not a shipping charge to customer location. Freight charges are vary from supplier to supplier.

CFM Store Pickup
Unlike books or CD's and other similar products, our products vary in size & weight. It takes a large amount of handling/labor cost to receive, handle & store the material and also generate and forward the necessary paperwork. CFM Store Pickup (handling & processing) charge is there to attempt to make up for those costs. We believe that our method of charging Store Pickup (based on product subtotal) covers the actual cost of processing and handling of your order; and this fee simply a break-even proposition for us.

Delivery Schedule
You may choose a shipping company at your own discretion. Upon your confirmation we will process your order and expedite the shipping. You can contact us with your confirmation including your carrier selection and we will proceed with your shipment in timely manner. Alternate simply request a Quote for the worldwide shipping at any time and as we represent several major freight companies, we can always be sure to give you the right service at the best rates. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE C.B.D.
Privacy & Security
Carpet Floor & More takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously. We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information or a list of our customers to third parties.
Returns & Replacements
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE! However in some cases unused, undamaged and in their original packaging material could be returned. Returns are subject to prior approval and a 25% restocking fee. However, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We strongly recommend to inspect your order (style, color, quantity) and if any obvious damage is detected upon arrival, please note it directly prior to receiving.
Order Cancellation
If any order placed by Customer is canceled prior to the physical shipment of the goods, Customer must pay 5% Cancellation Fee (of the Grand Total) which will include non-recoverable costs and commitments incurred by Carpet Floor & More, Inc.
We Reserves the Right to Cancel or Refuse any Order!
Due to the fast pace of the computer and consumer products industries, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information. Complaints Procedure

We undertake to provide a confidential complaint handling procedure. We will provide a satisfactory solution to the complaint within 5 working days from receipt of the complaint. We undertake to keep you fully informed of the progress of your complaint by giving a timescale for the expected satisfactory conclusion plus a daily update (Monday to Friday) either by telephone, by e-mail or by facsimile. We undertake to maintain monitored records of all complaints and to investigate and implement ways of reducing or eliminating such complaints.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED BY STATEMENTS IN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Please ask us for a copy of Product's Manufacturers Warranty. We also provide a LIFETIME WARRANTY on all installations done by CARPET FLOOR & MORE INC.

At CARPET FLOOR & MORE INC., We BEAT or MATCH local retail competitors pricing on material. The product must be a matching brand, model number and color to qualify.
Remittance Terms
No Orders will be despatched until payment has been received. Credit card payment will be considered as received immediately we process your order (same day).
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
