Everlast fitness flooring is comprised of the highest quality recycled tire rubber and colorful EPDM flecks. Available options include traditional rolls, tiles, interlocking tiles, the patented and modular UltraTile®, and Turf. Everlast is a versatile fit for a diverse variety of fitness applications including weight rooms, cardio areas, performance training centers, and more. Everlast products provide low life cycle costs, pass strict indoor emissions tests, and can contribute up to 8 points toward LEED v4 certification due to their high recycled content and positive environmental attributes. This product is available in 6mm, 8mm & 9mm thickness.
Blackout-FF00, Blue Star-FF01, Stargazing-FF02, Cosmic Dust-FF04, Black Hole Sun-FF05 in 8mm Thick with 10% Color Flecks (except Blackout) are part of Quick Ship Program, all other colors are a special order and additional Freight Charge may apply.

Everlast also features a large collection of standard color patterns and unlimited custom color, design, and logo capabilities. Everlast with Nike Grind roll goods mean easy and fast installation and a virtually seamless appearance. Everlast Rolls and Tiles come in 35 standard colors. In addition, Everlast’s custom color and logo capabilities ensure limitless design options. The Everlast with Nike Grind zone color classification system divides patterns into six color-coded zones based upon color intensity and price points. The zone system makes determining color specifications and finding the perfect pattern an easy and efficient process.

23"x23"x8mm Interlocking Tiles: Standard and Custom color 23” x 23” (58cm x 58cm) interlocking tiles in 8mm thickness. Standard tile options include Center Tiles, Border Tiles, and Corner Tiles. Interlocking tiles are typically available to ship in five to seven days. Custom options only come in center tiles, must have minimum quantities, and may have increased lead times.
24"x24"x8mm Interlocking Tiles: Tiles may be custom made from any color in 8mm thickness into a 24” x 24” (61cm x 61cm) interlocking format. Tile options include Center Tiles only. Minimum quantities apply.
3'x3'x8mm Tiles: 36” x 36” (91cm x 91cm) square edge tiles are standard Everlast products available in custom-made large format tiles. Minimum quantities applies.
Ultra Tiles: These patented, modular, 2’ x 2’ x 1” (61cm x 61cm x 25mm) footed tiles are engineered to provide the ultimate in durability. They surpass the noise and shock absorption qualities of any other fitness floor. UltraTile can withstand the constant dropping of weights and pounding of equipment without showing wear and tear.
