Limited Lifetime Warranty

Carpet Floor & More provides each original sink with a limited lifetime warranty. In a case of defects in the sink due to workmanship or manufacturing, Carpet Floor & More will provide an equivalent replacement without charge, excluding labor costs for transportation and reinstallation. This warranty applies only to sinks that are used exclusively in residential and are installed appropriately following the installation instructions on the template provided with the purchase.  

Carpet Floor & More, Inc. shall not be liable, under any circumstances, in case of:

 Improper installation 

 Improper care and maintenance

Damages due to misuse, abuse, or accidents, including but not limited to, heavy impact, excessive heat, dropped objects

Scuffs or scratches

Any modifications made to the product after it left the Carpet Floor & More premise

 Breakage not due to a defect in manufacture

Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages

Any damages caused by the product (Some states do not allow such limitations, so this may not apply to you) 

This warranty surpasses all other warranties, expressed, or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
